Advice on gastroenteritis

Hi, advice needed. My DD who is 6 has had this since wednesday - vomiting mostly but she hasn't eaten apart from the odd bit of toast. She drinking some water and the doc says she is not dehydrated. It's Tuesday now, so nearly a week. How much longer can we expect this to go on for? She is so weak and can hardly walk, although she did manage a bit of colouring in today. I'v never seen her this poorly :(

Thanks, that's good to know. It gives me more of idea what is normal / not normal! Looks like that's us till half term then! We're attempting flat coke / lemonade, although she says it make her feel sick. I'll try probiotics once she's well, thanks for that suggestion.
