I've had enough! Our family seems to be so prone to sickness bugs, it's grinding me down....
Between dd5 and ds1 (just turned 1), we have had d&v every 3 weeks since the beginning of march at least, and many before that.

I'm sat in bed with it after another day of cleaning up my poor boys vom and diarrhoea nappies. And thinking a probiotic might help us all....

Looking on Amazon etc., there's loads around but want to make sure it's a decent one that works and OK for babies and children

Any suggestions would be so welcome, thanks from a slightly stinky house....

We use Biocare's probiotic with glutamine, it's excellent here

Have used Proven Probiotic for Toddlers (bought from Aliment) also excellent here. We had a vicious case of gastroenteritis 15 months ago but rarely get stomach bugs now after using probiotics.
