Dd woke rather early this morning shortly followed by some vomiting about 6am just watery vomit. This has continued throughout the day and doesn't seem to be able to keep fluids down at the moment, also quite sleepy but that's normal when she is ill. Half of me is worrying the other half is thinking it's just a bug. Other people we saw during the week have had similar. I'm not sure if I should be ringing ooh or not.
