Refusing one feed a day

So my child has just started to refuse a feed and I was wondering should i do something or just carry on. She is 4.5 kg at 11 weeks, following her centile

Basically our routine is feeding roughly every 3-4 hours, except when we put her to bed at 6-630 after her bath and bottle, and we generally can leave her until 11.

However in the last 2 days she has refused her bottle after her bath. Crying hard etc. I was wondering if this could be a sign of anything or over tired etc.
3 days ago whilst we were out with friends she refused her 3 o'clock feed in the same way.

she feeds normally the rest of the time

what do you think

I would personally drop one feed a day, if she wanted/needed it she would take it. If she finishes her other feeds, maybe increase them slightly if you are worried about missing amounts.
