Dd who is 5 seems to get spots crop up around her mouth from time to time. They are slightly itchy and so she picks at them. They fade after a few days but leave a scar for sometime. I know I should take her to the dr but I seem to be there so regularly that I never seem to get around to mentioning them. She is well in herself when she has the spots but this time one of the spots started to looking a but crusty yellow so dotted some fucidin. H and they looked better by the next morning. Could it still be impetigo if they don't usually look yellow? Any other ideas what they could be? Could it be molluscum?
