Hello everyone very new to this. My little boy is 3 and has a willy infection..it's very red and very swollen and also getting discharge in his nappy. Took him to doctors and he has been given antibiotics and an antibiotic cream to put on it. A few questions:
- should I be changing him during the night? He is fairly dry now during night .....but should he have a wee or more discharge ...will it make it worse sitting in nappy all night but then of course run risk of him not going back to sleep!!
2). Is it contagious? Eg can he bath with his baby brother etc?
