Mild chickenpox for the second time?

After general advice please, especially from those who've experienced very mild chickenpox cases or contracting chickenpox a second time.

DS1 is almost 7. He had chickenpox 2 years ago that he caught from DS2. That time he wasn't covered, but I thought he'd had it badly enough to ensure immunity. On Thursday night I noticed half a dozen spots on his arm. Took him to GP on Friday who noticed a number of other emerging spots & confirmed that he had CP again.

He has no more than 25 spots from top to toe. All of the larger spots have now crusted over, no new spots have emerged since Friday & some are so small & had so little fluid in them that I cannot tell if they have crusted over or not; they feel scabbed to touch. Aside from the spots he had no other symptoms & has not complained of them itching, but then he is an eczema sufferer so is used to being itchy.

He was off school Friday and today. Do I send him to school tomorrow? It seems completely ridiculous keeping him off when (spots aside) he seems fine. And what are the chances of him now getting it again?
