Red spot on baby's head

My 7week old has a red spot on his head and it's getting bigger. I thought it was a strawberry mark but now I'm not sure. Picture attached. Any advice would be great.

Did you ever found out what's the problem, because the same thing is happening to my son.He is a month old now and the red mark is big and getting darker; looking more like a bruse now. I'm getting worried and scared that something might be wrong. Please help

I think its a Hemangioma - type of birthmark that can increase in size. They usually go away in time but i would check with your GP.
