DD(almost 7) is due to two stainless steel crowns fitted to her primary molars on Wednesday. They'll do one side one week and the other side the next. These are preformed crowns/caps that are fitted after a pulpectomy is performed on the teeth (like a baby root canal). They are fairly common in private paediatric denistry and overseas in the US but not here on the NHS (DD is having them done privately) and I just wondered if anyone else here had a DC that had them? How the procedure went? How it felt to them afterwards etc and whether there were anymore problems with those teeth prior to losing that tooth as they neared double digit age?
