DD is 7 months and has always been a dribbler. She's often had a few little spots, but it just seems to be getting worse. It has also spread up her nose and towards her cheeks, so is outside of the usual dribble zone. I have noticed a few similar small spots elsewhere on her body, but they come and go.
It is starting to look quite sore. It is more red and raised than it looks in the picture. Keeping her chin dry is near impossible, but wiping it to keep it dry just irritates it more, so it is a bit if a catch 22!
I'm going to make an appointment with the GP on Monday, but I just wondered if anyone had any idea what it might be and/or what can be done to help in the meantime.
