Sickness a few weeks after chicken pox?

Dd nearly 2. She had chicken pox which started just over a fortnight ago. Lots of spots but fine in herself and all have been healing well. We've also been away for a couple of days, back yesterday. It was a week after the spots had crusted and as I was told with DS he could go back to school 5 days after spots had been coming out I knew that she was outside of incubation period.
Since midnight she's been vomiting every hour or so.
My initial instinct is that its a bug picked up. But I'm also wondering if the timing close to recovering from chicken pox is more than a coincidence. Any knowledge or thoughts?
Thanks!

Not heard of that particular reaction to chicken pox before but I think kids probably do have a generally lower immune system after getting CP. My DD just got over hers and came down with a really horrible cold virus. I've been giving extra iron and vitamins to help with improving her immune system since then. It's been an awful year for bugs/illnesses I think!

Hope your DD is feeling better soon

Thanks for replying!

It seems to be easing now thank you. The poor little thing tho- it's just one thing after the other!
