Eczema and swimming - any tips?

DD's eczema is always much worse after swimming. Normally oat baths and Aveeno work but it seems to be raging! We bath as soon as we get home (showers at pool are super hot). Has anyone got any tips on other ways to help post-swimming? Thanks very much

Do you put something like doublebase or vaseline on before swimming?

No but will give that a go as a bit of a barrier-thanks very much Smile

I found parrafin creams like
Double base great at controlling symptoms for a while but really over time noticedy sons skin became reliant on it..I then looked for natural alternatives and the ones that worked eventually were hopes relief for flare ups and green people kids frag free moisturiser. I also massaged him religiously and avocado oil seemed to help. Re swim I supposed barrier is good plus maybe wetsuit type suit
