My 6 months has a bad tummy bug she has had it three days now, shes been checked over by the doctor and hes checking her every 24 hours until shes better, but he assures me it a bug. But im still concerned about the amount of weight i can feel she is losing, she was underweight to begin with. Is this a bug has anybody elses little ones got it.

Hope your little one is starting to get better.

It will be a bug. Just keep feeding her as best you can.

Stomach bugs are awful. Your main concern is hydration. Is she managing to keep some fluids down? It is reassuring that the GP is seeing her regularly to monitor things and hopefully he has advised you of the things to keep an eye on? All you can do is work on keeping them hydrated however suggested by the GP (sometimes it's the use of rehydration fluids, sometimes they're keeping enough milk/water down that it's not necessary) and hope it's over soon.

You must be exhausted.
