How dangerous is Simvastatin 40mg for a 2yo

Toddler just found Grandmother's pills. I pulled the pill out of her mouth but it had already started to dissolve on her tongue. I have given her water to drink. I have phoned 111 and the call handler said a clinician will phone me and tell me what to look out for - so I'm waiting for that call. In the meantime toddler is fine and baffled as to why I'm so worried.

Can anyone reassure me that locking a Simvastatin will do her no harm?

Useless 111 called back the wrong number. Not the number I gave them when I called. On calling 111 back to remind them which number I'm actually on they said a clinician would call me back immediately -but still I wait.
