Hello I have been too the Dr twice with regards to these marks on my lo face, the Dr keeps saying he doesn't know what it is and because of that has not offered treatment, can you help identify this?

It looks like dry skin.

It is raised but not causing him any bother! Maybe I should just put in e45?

It's worth trying E45 or something similar, and see what happens over the course of a few days. My dd (14 months) get really dry skin on her face, but rather than red marks she gets bumpy slightly red patches on her cheeks and forehead. I try to put special moisturiser on morning and evening and over a few days the patches calm down (am in Belgium so can't get E45).
I hope it is just dry skin - not sure what else it could be?!

Is your LO breastfed? If so, try wiping on some breastmilk with a cotton pad.
