My DD is 11 months and started with a cough on Monday which has for really chesty and now has a runny nose. Nights are the worst so I've tilted her cot which helped. She's ok in herself and playing normally. Do I book a Drs appt to be told there's nothing they an so or wait a bit but risk is getting worse?

First time mum here and she's not yet been poorly so a bit unsure. Thanks in advance :)

If okay in themselves I hold off. Probably viral, not much they can do. Does Calpol help?

Yeah sort of takes the edge off. I'll hold off for a whole and see if it improves. I know drs are usually relictant to give antibiotics to little ones.
