Advice for mom to overcome emetophobia?

I have a beautiful 3 (almost 4) year old daughter who has been sick with the flu quite a bit this winter. My boyfriend is very helpful, he deals with most of it but I feel terrible since I am her mother, I need to be there for her. I try but I just cannot bring myself to be very helpful. I make it worse actually by scaring her from my reaction.
Yesterday my boyfriend was vomiting and my daughter has been fighting a cold for the past week and then started complaining of her tummy hurting a few times yesterday. I started to panic since my boyfriend was sick and my daughter was also saying her tummy hurt. Thank goodness my mom was around to help me, but I just wish I could overcome my emetophobia.
I've looked into therapy but I don't think exposure therapy would help any... I think it would make it MUCH worse. Is there any other methods that have worked for anyone else or am I in this till she's old enough to take care of herself in thos situation?

Thanks

Look up talking therapy. It's free and you can self refer. Good luck.
