After phoning 111?

DS has temp and earache so not the highest priority, age 5, but he has been getting increasingly distressed (asleep now tho) and I don't know when to chase. Been over 2 hrs.

I'm still waiting for a call back.

Been six years now.

If there is no change in your child's condition there is no need to worry about no call. If he does deteriorate just call them back.

They've called back now, and now waiting to be called with an appointment time

Good luck.

They eventually called at 7pm with a 9pm appointment, he had perked up a bit by then (despite crying with pain and temp at 3pm) so we declined. A lot better today so clearly not an ear infection.
