They have been like it on and off for a few months now. She has dry skin on the backs of her hands (and her face) which I am assuming is eczema. Eczema cream from pharmacy has definitely began to make an improvement. However her hands seem to be puffy and swollen looking. I thought it was the cold making them go like it but now it is becoming more frequent and I can't remember the last time they looked normal.

Is it the eczema doing it or is it worth a trip to the gp? They don't seem to be causing her any discomfort or pain by the way.

Too hard to say on t'internet.

However I'd be worried it was oedema- fluid retention. How are her feet and ankles?

Trip to gp not a bad idea, not least to sort her excema out...
