skin tag

my daughter is now 4 and has had what looks like a skin tag since she was around 2 ..over the past 4-6 weeks small black spots have started appearing..has anyone else had this same issue..

Where is it? Do you mean the black dots are on the skin tag?

the skin tag is above the highest crease between her leg and girlie parts x

the tag was normal but now showing black speckled spots x

has she seen a gp about it? could be that the blood supply is getting cut off and the skin tag is dying off hence the darker areas.
