There are a few spots on face - closest way to describe is like measles ones (not raised like CP) just small pigmented dots (def not measles just trying to describe)

Cough that hasn't gone since bad bout of croup and snotty nose (lasting 8 weeks+ now)

And yellow oozy conjunctivitis started today Sad

How can I get him well??

Dr says chest is clear but going to take back tomorro, looking for any natural remedies or advice

Are you sure there is no chance it is measles?

Pretty sure - DS has been vaccinated, (although I know you can still get it) he developed similar spots right after his jab though so I think he def created antibodies to it...

but today no more spots so I think he'd have gotten more if it was, he had a low temp at the drs but I had bundled him into vest/fleece pj's/snowsuit/hat etc and think I overdid it plus I didn't remove them till we were actually in her office so he'd sat getting hotter for a good 15min wait.

The new symptoms are the spots but only a few and no more appearing so perhaps just run down along with the conjunctivitis

The cough and cold has been with us 8+ weeks since the croup

OP, if it's any comfort, DS developed asthma around the time he got CP. He got bronchitis shortly after CP, but the asthma went after that - 3 years ago - and has never come back.

Ooh I hope DS can rid himself of it by contracting something else - would love a dose of CP here to get it out the way (a mild dose of CP of courseSmile)

Well still dealing with the sticky eye each day, cough appears to be improving but still there - have been using a Dyson so far less dust at home and I do think that helps but he coughs noticeably more after running around now so starting to come round to the asthma theory ESP as paid for a private blood test and he shows good immunity to whooping cough and it doesn't suggest he's recently had/got it
