Lump on ds forehead

gd1976 · 08/03/2015 20:48

My son (3)has a lump on his forehead above his right eyebrow. I presumed it was from a bump he must have had without me knowing, but I'm now realising it's been there for weeks . I'm going to take him to the doctors asap but can anyone shed any light on any similar experiences or what it might be? Thanks

It's above the eyebrow in between his hairline and the eyebrow. It feels like a bump when they get an "egg" after banging their heads if you know what I mean. But now I realise it's not swollen it feels more like the bone in a lump form.....

My brother once got a large bump in the middle of his forehead which came on suddenly and grew bigger. We were abroad at the time so went to a pharmacist who said it was fluid and prescribed a cream which cleared it up. There could be many reasons but the GP should be able to diagnose better than us

It could be that although it feels so hard.....

My only other thought is maybe a reaction to something? If you have any anti histamine cream maybe rub some on. Hope doc is able to help
