Eggy burps?

Has anyone experienced their DC having eggy burps?
My two oldest DC seem to get this from time to time and it last a day or two.
They seem otherwise well when it happens. I just wondered if it was linked to anything else?
They are small for age and were under the paediatrician, but they were discharged as just being naturally small.

It can be a sign of all sorts of gut disorders including a viral infection, giardia, food intolerance, coeliacs and Crohns. Probably a whole host of other things too.

I'd start by keeping a food diary for a while, see if you can pick up a pattern. The more major things I mention above come with a whole host of other symptoms, so if you are only seeing eggy burps I wouldn't worry unduly, although linked to small size I'd think about gluten intolerance.

Is it like sulphur smell. My friends 2 children had this and they have food intolerances x

Ah thanks. Yes, it just smells exactly like egg..
My eldest has white low muscle tone and motor skill problems as wells as some distractibility and sensory issues.
