Possible? Likely? Sad

DD (16mo) has a small lump just outside her bum hole... Sometimes its there, sometimes it isn't. She has just done a strainy poo (she's a bit constipated) and when changing her nappy this time, this lump has had a little bleed. She isn't bothered (apart from when she poos while she's constipated) although she's not overly chuffed about having her bum wiped either tbh.

She's drinking plenty of water/milk and doesn't eat much bread. She does have yogurt for dessert but I wouldn't say her diet contained loads of sugar.

Is it something for a Dr to look at or is there an OTC remedy that would help her?

I would take her to the doctor but not as an emergency, just make an appointment. Witch hazel is meant to help - applied with cotton wool or mixed into aloe Vera.
