Tummy bug or teething?

My dd is 10.5mo and for the past 5 days had had the most disgusting nappies. She is doing 2/3 explosive nappies per day which are leaking. They are light brown with visible bits of foods in and they are soft. Not runny or liquids just very soft poo. The smell stops you in your tracks as soon as you get a whiff though! They smell of rotten veg and are vile.

She is eating and drinking fine and seems ok in herself. A bit whingy but she is easily distracted and she's generally whingy when she's not getting her own way! She has had a runny nose for over a week but it's just a bit runny/ snotty not really a cold.

Does this sound like teeth or a bug? She cut her first tooth at 4mo and had all 8 front teeth by 8.5mo so I'm wondering if this is molars?

Any thoughts?

Sounds like a tummy bug but could be indirectly due to teething. At 10 months their hands are everywhere and then they use them to chew on the sore gums. So they are continually introducing rubbish into their mouths. But don't worry they need a regular bit of dirt to help colonate the gut and exercise the immune system!
