Oops sorry posted too soon! I first noticed it on her tummy a week ago and it then spend to get back but is now on her arms and legs too. It seems to come and go though which makes it difficult to go to a Dr. She has a tiny amount of excema in the fold behind her knee so I wonder if it is that, but it looks different. It's not dry and she doesn't scratch it and she's not unwel, although she was the week before I first noticed it. (teething/ cold symptoms) I have attached some pictures but they are not the clearest.

Have you changed washing powder or anything lately

Fevertree · 02/03/2015 10:53

Thanks for your reply :) no we haven't changed washing powder, diet, or skin care/ washing products (in fact we are now using washing products less often)

It's very hard to tell from the pictures, but it dies look more like it's maybe just where clothes rub or maybe where babies get a bit chunky and thighs rub. (very cute squishy legs by the way )

it's possible it's viral but dd 1 was very prone to rashes and viral rashes on her were always hit or warm to touch and almost sand papery.

If she's other wise well and there's no sign of weeping or soreness or irritation I'd not worry too much at this point.

like I said it is hard to tell from pics but even if it is a viral rash of some sort there's not alot you can do besides Piriton of it becomes itchy or you suspect it's a reaction to something and keeping the skin moisturised.
