No wet nappies all day

I have a 15month old and she's had no wet nappies all day? She has a runny nose and a cough. She seems irritable and slept all morning. She has been at her dads today, he said so was ok. Ate and drank ok? Should I be worried?

When was the last time she did have a wet nappy? Id call 111 to get some advice, they may get a doctor out to you.
Hope she's feeling better soon

Is the inside of her mouth wet? Does she seem listless? Hard to keep awake? No wet nappies is a worry but if she is drinking ok, then she must have had a little wee? Can you get her to drink now? No vomiting or diarrhoea?

Last wet nappy was this morning when she woke up at 11am. She slept from 7pm-11am. Nappy was wet as normal. She has been irritable last couple of days. Having really long naps at nursery. Like three hours. She is asleep now, but coughing a little. She drinks fine, even drank bath water! No vomiting or diarrhoea. Defo not listless when she came back, into everything.

Hmm well no urine for this long is a bit unusual. Any fever? Maybe ring 111. Was her dad definite about no urine? She doesn't sound dehydrated so that's good. I would go for 111 now or doctors first thing.

No fever. She's is down for the night now so will see what her nappy is like in the morning. But will ring 111 for some advice now. Don't really want to wake her if she is a bit off best to let her sleep. Thank you for all your help xx
