Dd 6 has been complaining of stomach pain just below her belly button. It seems to come and go and she says it hurts more when she walks.
She is fine in herself no temp, sickness ect. Has opened her bowels and passed wind so don't think it can be constipation or gas?.
What else could it be muscular?
