Impetigo

I think DS (5) has a small patch of impetigo just below his nose. Do we need a prescription for something or can the pharmacist recommend something?

he will need antibiotic cream
please get it treated asap

if someone with eczema cathes it from him they can be affected really really badly

You can't get the cream over the counter, needs to be prescribed.

Bugger. Will out of hours be an over reaction or must it wait until Monday? We have a houseful of excema sufferers.
