9yo headache since Thursday night

No other symptoms except a bit of lethargy . I've never came across headache in children before so really not sure what could be causing it

Could she be dehydrated? Stressed about something? My 9 yo gets headaches for those reasons.

Agree check for rash and temperature, if neither leave it til Mon. Get her hydrated. Gently try to find out whether there is something she could be worried about (maybe embarrasing to tell you if it's something small or something she thinks is her fault)

No rash or temperature . She does feel unwell but I think it may be the pain of the headache making her feel unwell iykwim ?

I suffer from migraines but not until I was an adult . I did think tiredness and/or dehydration at first so I've made sure she got sleep and plenty of water . But the pain woke her in the middle of the night . I have ibuprofen and she did fall back to sleep after a while .
