snuzo baby monitor went off?

Hi all, I have a snuzo breathing monitor and about 4am this morning my 5 week old was napping in my arms when it went off? She was in a deep sleep so it took a while for me to properly wake her (probably 30 seconds or so) once she was awake she was screaming! U have a cold and she seems snuffly but otherwise ok.... Should I take her to the gp to check all is well? I'm a bit confused!!

If she was in your arms when it went off then it may be a fault as it will be picking up your movements along with babies.

Had it slipped off? I've had one go off once because it had slipped.

Also check to see if it works now. I usually test by leaving it on a still surface and see how long it takes to vibrate and then sound the alarm.

Yeah it works fine and it hadn't slipped off... I ended up taking her to the doctors and he thinks she has a cold which probably bunged her up and interfered with her breathing ... He wasn't worried about it though he just said keep an eye!
