Hi new to this posting larky but in need of some advice and reassurance (and maybe a whack round the head). DS is 3 (nearly 4). He started pre school 3 morns a week in Sept. He was relatively healthy in the run up to Christmas but since 2015 he seems to have had every sick bug/ fever/ cold going. He's now had barely any appetite for a month He's usually a pretty good eater but I'm really struggling to get him to eat anything at the mo. I just feel very fed up and anxious about it all. He's no real symptoms of anything at the mo but just looks tired out and run down and no appetite. Please someone reassure me this is normal and will pass!! Getting to the stage where I'm dreading sending him back to preschool each week for fear of what the next illness is going to be.
Sorry for long post. Thanks in advance for advice

Have you taken him to the Drs for a check up? If it has been going on for quite a while they may want to check his iron levels.

Do you give him multi vitamins?

Also have you wormed him recently? Threadworms can make you feel pretty grotty and zap your appetite.

It probably is just a viral type thing and it is normal at this age to get lots of bugs.

Thank you for that. I'm going to get him into docs. Have also been thinking of multi vits for a while so will get some of those. Think I'll be seriously grey by the time he's 7!
