Vomiting Bug?

Hi all, a lot of our close net friends and their children have dropped like flys this week with a sickness and diarrhoea bug. My son started vomiting on Sunday night (9 times later he was finished over a 7 hour period) he was fine the past 24 hours eating and drinking normally again yet he has just vomited again! Should I be worried? I thought it had cleared up!

It could just be that his stomach is sensitive still after the illness - how old is he? My son became lactose intolerant after a bad stomach bug and we had to swap to goats milk (he was very small at the time). But it can just be a temporary thing. I'd say keep him hydrated and on plain food for a few days.
