Best vitamins for kids

Hi I'm in need of help I have to kids a boy of 8 and a girl of 2 and wanting to know the best vitamins I can give them

Unless the 8 yo is a very poor eater they shouldn't need extra vitamins (except perhaps vit D). The 3 yo would be fine with any under 5 multivitamin

Sorry just realised DD is 2 but the under 5 would still be fine

Hi thanks for the reply are the multivitamins do they come in a liquid or a sweet form as she won't eat any sweets that are soft ie jelly babies she just spits them out

There are numerous supplements available that provide children with a source of vitamins and minerals. I think you should kids Glyconutrients are one of these important supplements for your kids.

Check out floradix Kindervital, available in Holland and Barrett. Bit pricey but does the job..
