Minor head injury, should I do anything?

My 8 year old dd fell off a roundabout at the play park and then was hit in the head as it continued round. It was a nasty knock and she cried a lot but recovered reasonably quickly and appeared fine afterwards. This was a few hours ago. She says she has a headache but just where the knock was. I have asked her about sickness and vision and tiredness and then she develops a mild symptom at the suggestion of it so I am not taking these too seriously. Should I be getting her checked out or is it enough just to keep an eye on her? We are away from home but returning tonight. Any thoughts? Thanks

Take it easy over next few days, no running around.

Ok. I read that and wasn't sure whether I would be being over the top. I like it if someone thinks the same! Thanks
