My dd 7yo is having very low immunity. She often falls sick with regular intervals of cough cold & high temperature. Suggest me how to boost her immunity in her daily diet.

You might notice how are immunity rats sleep more in the winter time and I believe that this the the time to maintain out immunity rats high by taking fruits and vegetables in our diet. You should also focus on activity like playing and cycling, so that your DD can take healthy meal.

DS has an immune deficiency so I sympathise. The winters are always difficult. Does she have any underlying conditions?

I give DS daily probiotics which I feel help him be a bit more resilient. Regular hand washing obviously. I stay away from ill people/germs as much as possible. I give him vitamins and he has a healthy diet but it's hard. DS has had a temp, cough and cold virus for a month now. Just can't seem to shake it.

Regular hand washing, fresh fruit and veg daily and multivitamins. I have noticed a big difference this winter since sticking to this religiously.
