Swollen penis two year old

My son's willy looks swollen. Just bigger (wider) than usual. Not red and doesn't seem to hurt him. Should I be concerned? No discharge or smell that I've noticed. He still wears nappies. Feel silly going to doc and saying his willy is bigger than usual - maybe he's just growing.

Not a doctor but doesn't seem much cause for concern if it's not bothering him. Perhaps wait a couple of days to see if it goes away, or call the GP rather than going down (most do telephone appointments I think)
