Dd who is six had vomiting yesterday twice in the morning. Perked up after a nap but felt rubbish the rest of the day, no temp or sore throat. She woke early and has been sick constantly today. Including bile. Again no temp but she now has a sore throat. She has history of tonsillitis with vomiting, but she always has a temperature with it.
Any ideas?
