Shark tooth

Does anyone have any experience of this?

I just discovered one in DS' mouth tonight. We are at the dentist on Monday anyway but I just don't know what to prepare myself for - leaving the baby tooth or having it pulled... I have no idea what they do! Its his first adult tooth too so he's a bit bemused by it all.

it's quite normal They are unlikely to remove the tooth and it will come out as the adult tooth pushes it out of the way
