Nosebleed issue

Hi,
I have been lurking for a while but have a slight issue and thought I might as well ask. My nearly 3 year old is prone to nosebleeds and happy azure starting having little ones in the night. I was zoom wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to what could help or what I should do?

Sorry, can't help, but DS1 has frequent nosebleeds. Often worse if we notice lots of nose picking....
I think they also appear more often round growth spurts.
He (nearly 6) isn't fussed by them, and we don't make a fuss. DH still has nosebleeds every few months......

Okay thank you. I get concerned because it's happening now when I don't know so worry probably a little too much. :)
