My 9 month old has been poorly for 2 weeks with a cold, chesty cough, conjunctivitis and diarrhoea. He's loads better this weekend so I need to make a call about when he should go back to nursery.
His poo is still very soft and spread over his nappy but it doesn't look watery and he's probably pooing about 3 times a day. I have no idea if this is diarrhoea or just soft poo?
