DD(4.5) and strange spreading spots

DD has always suffered with eczema since she was a baby which is controlled with various creams and lotions. About 6 months ago she developed a couple of spots near an affected area (inside of elbows) but over the last month these spots have started to appear over her whole body. They don't appear to be itchy at all.
Our GP is known to be fairly useless so would love to get some input before we go to GP on Friday. I have attached pics.
Thankyou so much

Molluscum is my guess.

I'd also guess Molluscum contagiosum

Molluscum Contagiosum.
My DS has these too. There is no treatment really, they can last up to 2 years I believe and are mildly contagious (they advise you to use seperate towels etc).
