DDs adult teeth have started to come through and one of the top ones has a separate pointy extension at the back - she calls it her "fang". Dentist said to leave it for now and keep an eye on it but it will probably need (fairly serious) orthodontic work in the future. Just wondering if anyone has any experience. It's quite rare apparently.
