Strawberry tongue

Do this pictures look like a strawberry tongue? Ds has been off school today with really sore throat went to sleep and has just worked up with his tongue looking like this.

Yes, could be scarlet fever or strep throat. Ds also had it once with a wierd unidentifiable bug.

Has he got any other symptoms?
Is his lips cracked and red?
It could be Scarlet fever, two of mine have had a strawberry tongue with that.
Also, and this quite rare..Kawasaki disease, my ds had that at 2 years old.

He has got a mild temperature which is coming down with calpol. He has got dark patches at the back of his throat and saying his throat is really sore. His lips are always cracked and red. He slept today at lunch time which he never does even when ill
