Dd 2.6 has had a cough which makes her cry and a temp of 38.6 (every time meds wear off) for 2 days.
Just leave keep up the calpol/neurofen and see how she goes? Hopefully just passes, or worth a GP app on Monday?

At that age I would make a docs appointment on Monday if she was still the same, they don't mind with little ones. But there is a cough going around here that lasts for weeks so, to put your mind at rest all is probably OK. Just keep up with the neurofen and keep a close eye
