Poop with green "moss" over it ?

Just changed ds nappy and it was the weirdest nappy I've ever seen . It was a normal brown nappy underneath , covered with this green sludgy mossy looking green stuff . It actually reminded me of the miconium mixed poo from the newborn days .

He's on movicol once a day and he has had a horrendous cough/cold so you would think catarrh but it did not loon like mucus . I don't know it was odd Confused

Not sure Movicol would have caused it but could be mucus from the cold. Bumping in case anyone more knowledgeable comes along!

I'm a bit of a Movicol expert, and that definitely isn't consistent with Movicol.

Could it be something he ate?
