4 month old hard mucus in nappy?

I don't really know how to word any of this so sorry if it comes across jumbled and a bit graphic. I just changed DDs (nearly 5 months) nappy and inside there was a hard blob about the size of a 5p that looked a bit like a bogey and was stained a bit red.
I have no idea if it came from her fufu or bum but there was no poo in the nappy.
Google doesn't know so wondered if anyone on here had any experience of this or knows what it could be?

Thanks in advance :)

Hi
I've just posted on here about blood in my daughters poo. From what I'm told it's rare to be anything serious but I still worry. Hers was like a vein? Red streaked vein. Is that like yours? X

Yeah this wasn't in her poo but the blob did have a red streaked looking vein in it!x

Sometimes in breastfed babies they can get blood in the nappy.

Keep an eye tho, and if doubt, take to doctors

Your DD was 6 months old on the "do you judge teenage mothers?" (a week ago) thread, 96mum.

I'm mixing so that could be it, thank you snow.
Squeezy she is 5 months tomorrow so I must have typed wrong on the other thread. But thanks for your helpfulness detective :)
