Son lost weight v quick

Hi some advice please.. My son has lost approx 8lb in 3 months he doesn't need to as hAs been eating as normal but also been complaining a lot of only can describe as cramps pale and tired too should I be worried he is 7 in March!!i notice when looking at him and with clothes!

You need to take him to the doctors and I'd ask for him to be tested for coeliac disease.

Definitely take him to the GP. Coeliacs is one possible cause but this definitely warrants urgent investigation.
