DD, 16 weeks, has been unusually upset when awake this morning and has just done a large very dark poo. She is ebf. The poo was a normal 'consistency' for her but the colour was very strange. Should I phone my gp or is it just one of those things?

99.9% sure it will just be one of those things. Unless there are any other symptoms etc. See what her next poo is like I guess and don't worry.

That's what I'm tending to think as well but helps to have some reassurance!

She has done another poo of the same variety about fifteen minutes after the first. She's extra sleepy today too
