Cod Liver Oil while breastfeeding and for children

I reserached CLO and it said it was good for breastfeeding mums, however after spending £7 on a bottle, it says on the label not for breastfeeding women and children under 15.
Why?
I wanted to take it as my hair is falling out and dry. Anyway, I googled a lot of info and it was all good.
